At Europa Village, residents will experience a wine country resort destination unlike any other in the United States. You can enjoy a day of wine tasting, a night of entertainment or spend a week of discovering new wines, exploring food pairings, taking a tour of the wine caves or relaxing at the full-service spa. Every detail of Europa Village has been designed with the intent to immerse the future residents of Europa Vineyard Estates back to a time where service was gracious and unlimited.
The architectural styling of Europa Village is the work of renowned architect Guy Chambers of B.A.R. Architects. His creation of three boutique wineries includes two restaurants, a European Spa, themed retail, lavish accommodations and numerous other amenities is designed to reflect the character and culture of Spain, Italy and France in a village setting.
A day at Europa Village is simply made to unravel as you listen to live music, enjoy the street performers and watch the bicyclette make his daily delivery of fresh baked bread. You can sip a mélange of Rhone varietals at C’est La Vie, enjoy Tapas and Tempranillo at Bolero Cellar or sample a Brunello and Bruschetta at IL Sogno.
Your day may begin with a petit dejeuner delivered to your residence followed by a work out and a massage among the vines in our European Spa. An afternoon may consist of crafting your very own private label with our consulting Enology experts while an evening follows by enjoying the fruits of your labor over culinary delights with family and friends at one of numerous private dining options. And through it all, Europa Village’s concierge staff is at your disposal to arrange it on your behalf.

Wind down in the late afternoon at Bolero Cellars among the classic Andalusian architecture and zesty taste of Spain. An ideal venue for weddings, parties and special events, Bolero Cellars includes a wine and sherry tasting room, Tapas bar, Old World micro-brewery, themed retail shops and an open-cast bell tower. Overnight guest accommodations are available in ten elegant rooms.

Spend a morning in C’est la Vie where you can take a tour of a lavish French Chateau, complete with a wine and champagne tasting room, a French bistro, a themed private dining room, a courtyard with tower and shops, a themed banquet and conference venue and ten beautifully appointed guest rooms.

Celebrate with a visit to il Sogno, the central winery and winemaking facility for the Village. Situated at the top of the ridge, iL Sogno, which means “The Dream,” overlooks the Village and will offer stunning views of the mountains and surrounding wine country. A first-class resort and spa facility, it will offer 20 tastefully appointed guest rooms and 20 luxurious guest suites. A visit to il Sogno will also include a tour of the wine caves, a storage area for fine wines and a venue for private functions, as well as a destination after the tour through the catacombs of the wineries barrel rooms. The lower level of il Sogno will cater to day visitors and will boast a wine tasting room, banquet and conference venues and an artfully designed piazza for entertainment and special events.
